Recipe:
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 tea spoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup butter (melted and cooled)
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or more, I love vanilla)
• chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
Bake at 325 for about 12 minutes, remove cookies before they look completely "done" they will finish cooking while cooling
